Alex Lamprell

Alex is a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with over 11 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal assessment and rehabilitation. A graduate of the University of Nottingham (BSc Physiotherapy, 2011–2014), Alex has worked across both NHS and private settings, combining deep clinical expertise with postgraduate study at MSc level.

With a particular specialism in post-operative rehabilitation, especially lower limb conditions such as ACL reconstruction and soft tissue knee injuries, Alex brings a highly focused skill set to complex surgical recoveries and return-to-sport pathways.

Outside the clinic, Alex is a competitive tennis player and keen runner and fitness enthusiast, with that first-hand experience sitting at the heart of his approach to sports rehabilitation.
